To improve luminance uniformity in circular display, a new design is introduced to compensate the capacitance of data line. In this paper, one unique capacitor fabricated by doped poly‐silicon and metal1 is developed to reduce the adverse influence of uneven parasitic capacitance on data lines. The luminance uniformity is up to ~95%. The design also simplifies the complexity of process and minimizes the border width.
