Herein, we present three types novel phosphorescent OLEDs with exciplex‐forming host, one of which achieving a high power efficiency of 30.10 lm/W with an ultra‐low turn‐on voltage of 2.30 V. The OLEDs generally show simpler device structure, lower working voltage and better efficiency than those of the reference devices without exciplex‐forming architecture.
