The Cd based quantum dots (QD) was synthesized and introduced novel reactive ligand. The novel ligand facilitated high compatibility to the QD and the QD was well‐dispersed in various organic solvents. The reactive ligand could participate cross‐linking reaction to fabricate a film and it might increase stability of the film.
