Factors which affect mechanical reliability of curved display panels were investigated. Stress generated by bending the panel may cause delayed fracture, i.e. fatigue fracture. Therefore, fatigue constant of typical non‐alkali glass was measured. In addition, numerical simulation was carried out to evaluate applied stress level on the curved glass substrate.
