This article mainly presents the R&D of the innovative technique TLRM (TFT Lower‐Reflective Materials). By means of fully independent innovation, high technology content of the four sides' borderless product has been successfully developed. The reflectance of products has been reduced by 57%. The TLRM technology has been implemented by the present production line without large investment in equipment. Meanwhile, after the successful resolution of key technical difficulty such as PR peeling, the best condition has been provided for mass production.
