This paper presents a new single package DC/DC converter for OLED (Organic Light Emitting Display) tablet application. New IC offers high efficiency and wide output loading current range. It is comprised of a boost converter, two buck‐boost converters, control logics, driving TFTs, feedback resistors and current sensor. It operates within the range of input voltage from 3.2V to 4.8V. It integrates 1A step‐up and inverting DC‐DC converters plus auxiliary step up converter. Maximum power efficiency is 92%.
