A coupling of crossing lines due to two layers structures of flexible printed circuit board (FPCB) is studied in the present paper. Simulation results show that the signal integrity of the layout including crossing lines is rarely degraded comparing that without such layout. And we also identify that it is well operated through the proto‐product with such layout. The rule fitting to the signal characteristics of the product is the good solution for reducing cost.
