A high performance gate driver with 50 μm‐pitch is demonstrated by utilizing homojunction oxide TFTs on plastic substrate. The gate driver is robust under the bending and thus withstands 100,000 times bending under the radius of 1 mm. Therefore, the gate driver can be used for a bendable AMOLED.
