This paper introduces a new technology of mirror LCD. This technology completely solved the problem of reflectance interference for traditional mirror LCD and obviously improved the displaying quality. By controlling the signal input on the “light switch” cell, it can realize a smoothly mode conversion between LCD display and mirror effect.
