To measure both eye‐box/FOV characteristics of a virtual‐image eyewear display, a new concept attachment, whose conjugate focal plane is set to an exit pupil of the eyewear display, has been developed. Two‐dimensional luminance distributions on the plane perpendicular to the optical axis can be obtained, and which derive eye‐box/FOV characteristics.
