In this paper, we have described the optical model of light field in vision correcting display providing clear image to farsighted vision at a close viewing distance. Relationship between display and retina images was expressed to the matrix form based on the optical model of light transportation. We reconstructed retina image by optimizing the display image for the given matrix relationship. By analyzing the image quality of corrected image according to an optical gap between pin‐hole and pixel arrays, we obtained the proper optical gap maximizing the correction of farsighted vision in our design condition.
