Key enabling technology for stretchable hybrid electronic is presented, which includes rigid/soft strain‐engineered stretchable PCB platform, inkjet‐printed programmable routing interconnects with printed cross‐over, stable direct chip bonding, and modulus‐gradient conductive core‐shell structured via. Pre‐stretching combined with an inkjet‐printing process enabled us to fabricate stretchable highly‐stable silver interconnects, which are used stretchable LED displays, chip‐based adder/multiplier, analog watch, and sensor/display integrated systems. All stretchable hybrid electronic system showed highly stable operation even under 15~20% tensile strain (maximum strain that typical patch‐type devices undergo).
