We report a new LC mixture with an ultra‐low rotational viscosity, relatively high birefringence and moderate dielectric anisotropy. When employed in a liquid‐crystal‐on‐silicon (LCoS) projector with an LED lamp, sub‐millisecond GTG response time is obtained with 5 V operation voltage. Its widespread applications for the emerging wearable displays are foreseeable.
