We fabricate organic light‐emitting diodes (OLEDs) including nano‐scale low refractive index periodic dot light scattering structure between transparent conducting oxide layer and organic layer. Low index oxide (LIO) is used for composing the structure, which is cost‐effective and low‐refractive index material. Fabricated devices show constant tendency by handling parameters (pitch, size and height) of structure. To fabricate these structures, we use simple and fast patterning process, laser interference lithography (LIL)
