Sandwich polyimide (PI) substrate of PI/ Inorganic /PI stacked structure was prepared. The sandwich substrate exhibits lower thermal expansion than single layer PI substrate. Flexible AMOLED displays were prepared with sandwich and single layer PI substrate, respectively. Panel with sandwich substrate exhibits better high temperature and high humid (HTHH) reliability.
