A transparent electrode was realized using double stacked silver layers that were connected electrically by a dielectric layer having a similar work function to that of silver. The electrode is flexible and its optical and electrical characteristics are not affected by bending. The materials used in this paper can be deposited by thermal evaporation and can be easily patterned with a shadow mask.
