The ZnO nanorods were fabricated on the flexible polyethylene napthalate substates using conductive and transparent Al‐doped ZnO as seed layer in the chemical bath deposition. It was found that the morphological and optical properties of hexagonal ZnO nanorods were influenced significantly by the thickness of the Al‐doped ZnO seed layers.
