A light‐guide plate (LGP) for simple backlight unit (BLU) in multi‐view spatial/temporal hybrid autostereoscopic display is proposed and demonstrated. The LGP has a capability of lighting position shift, and a simple hybrid 3D display system is newly designed for using the LGP.
