Eyewear display measurement and evaluation is based on the light rays directed from the display to the viewer and the entrance pupil of the measuring equipment. The evaluation results show that the pupil size should be smaller than the width of the light rays, found to be effective for correct evaluation and measurement of significant characteristics, such as luminance and its uniformity, in an eyewear display.
