We propose an ultra‐slim border of TFT‐LCD using One Third Source line Drivng(OTSD) and Tracking Gate line in Pixel(TGP) technology. By OTSD technology, we can set the gate lines in the area that is source lines originally. A 5.5” FHD untra‐slim border(0.35mm) panel by using OTSD and TGP was demonstraated.
