We report all‐ink‐jet‐printed high‐performance transparent flexible single‐walled carbon nanotube (SWCNT) thin‐film transistors (TFTs) that are highly stable under illumination and mechanical stress conditions. No significant degradation was observed under 100 W halogen light and during 1000 cycles of bending in 5 mm radius.
