LTPS is using a MUX (Multiplexing) circuit by applying the SOG (Systems On Glass) technology. But, the MUX circuit is consumed a lot of power due to a high driving voltage and a fast driving frequencies. We were able to obtain sufficient results with respect to low‐power and fast response time by using the polarity MUX technology. The MUX power is reduced about 10% and the response time is accelerated about 8%.
