We have developed a 510[ppi] 8K4K LTPS TFT‐LCD with 120[Hz] frame rate driving. High mobility of the TFT allows simple panel configuration. Shrinkage of the channel width and thinner insulator for the storage capacitor allow high display qualities including uniformity of transmittance and small crosstalk.
