Targeting flexible display backplanes and circuitry, BASF is developing high performance materials for Organic Field‐Effect Transistors. Here we present our recent development focusing on directly photo‐patternable semiconductors and dielectrics, as well as new semiconductors for solution‐processed transistors with mobilities of up to 4 cm 2 /Vs.
