We fabricated a wire grid polarizer by using nano‐imprinting lithography onto a 3″ liquid crystal display (LCD) panel directly. It realized 19.3% higher luminance than the LCD panel using conventional polarizer with DBEF and 68.5% higher than the LCD panel using conventional polarizer. It enabled to reduce both power consumption and thickness of the LCD panels.
