The mutual‐capacitance fully in‐cell touch panel (iTP) has developed by AUO. Touch sensors are integrated on TFT substrate and the design is different with traditional mutualcapacitance iTP. We've verified the design and structure on 5″ HD AHVA panel and driven the panel successfully. It supports multi touch and without any optical characteristic decay.
