We developed single‐layer (caterpillar pattern) type touch screen panel(TSP) using high conductive and transparent hybrid (Oxide/Metal/Oxide(OMO)) electrodes for the issue. Through our study, the OMO electrode shows the sheet resistance of 5.5 ohm/sq and transmittance of 90.1% at 550nm with low haze (< 1). We successfully fabricated 7 & 10 inch single‐layer TSP using hybrid electrodes on flexible and glass based substrates. 7 & 10 inch single‐layer TSPs showed multi‐touches with good linearity, accuracy, and high sensitivity.
