Colorless polyimide liquid crystal display (CPI‐LCD) was successfully fabricated by PI‐LCD handling process whichcontained substrate coating, LCD manufacture and dualsubstrate laser lift‐off (LLO) process. Plastic substrate was made by high transmittance CPI material (T > 91%). Total cell thickness without polarizer is less than 25 µm.
