A novel method for compensating image sticking artifacts in a digitally driven AMOLED‐display is presented. It analyzes the nonuniform pixel current distribution. With a specific algorithm, the input image data are accordingly manipulated so that image sticking is effectively suppressed. First evaluation results confirm the feasibility of compensation of OLED I‐V‐drift. With this, digitally driven AMOLED may reach a lifetime similar to analog driving technology.
