Highly‐stable oxide thin‐film transistors (TFT) circuits with visiblelight transmittance of ~70% and rollable to cylinders with radius of 2 mm are demonstrated on solution‐processed colorless‐polyimide. Carrier glass and a special de‐bonding layer are used during fabrication. Stable TFT and circuit performance are achieved under positive‐bias and mechanical bending stress.
