A 31‐inch 4K2K (3840 × 2160) AMOLED TV was developed by using high‐stability a‐IGZO TFTs. The a‐IGZO TFT with Etching Stop Layer (ESL) structure was fabricated at Gen 4.5 glass substrate with IGZO (1:1:1) target and TFT stability was studied. Furthermore, bottom‐emission WOLED technology was adopted and Color Filter on Array (COA) method was applied to increase the aperture ratio.
