We have developed highly durable achromatic polarizer by controlling the light absorption of side chains in the chemical structure of dichromatic pigment molecules and the physical cross‐linked structure of polyvinyl alcohol film, which led to the realization of low power monochrome‐type reflective LCD with high reflectivity and paper white.
