A solution based flexible N‐type organic TFTs (OTFTs) backplane on polymer film is developed and processed in an existing Gen‐2 a‐ Si TFT production line. The integrated OTFTs device shows good mobility at 1.5 cm2/Vs, Vth at 2V and SS smaller than 1. A Flexible Electrophoretic Display (EPD) module driven by this N‐type OTFTs backplane is also developed. The optical performance of this flexible EPD module remains unchanged even after bending operation, which enables the advent of a truly flexible display application in the near future.
