The efficacy of large area white OLED lighting panel has been reached to 100lm/W in the 3‐stack tandem structure of fluorescent blue and phosphorescent green and red. The device has expected lifetime, LT70 of 40,000hrs at the luminance of 3000cd/m2. The pixellation method was adapted to eliminate the possibility of abrupt failure of the lighting devices while using in the field. This is an important step to greatly increase the reliability of the OLED lighting devices.
