We report oxide TFT AMOLED WQHD‐13.3inch notebook display in BOE. For future product performance requirement, the panel used BCE TFTs exhibit high mobility in the backplane of the display, and a top‐emission white OLED+CF structure is used in the display. The high quality organic EL element has a tandem structure. The panel achieved a high NTSC ratio of 90% and high view angle (±60° Δµν<0.02).
