A new sky‐blue phosphorescent material with silyl‐substituted ligand has been developed. Then, we utilize the double‐emission‐layers (DELs) concept to fabricate the blue PHOLED device. The DELs comprises two different host materials with higher triplet excited state. We successfully improve the high‐efficienct blue OLED which has up to 47.3 lm/W at practical brightness of 1000 cd/m 2 . By using the efficient yellow phosphor PO‐01 complex, the white OLED displayed a high current efficiency of 68.8 lm/W and at practical brightness of 1000 cd/m 2 .
