High efficiency light extraction method for top‐emitting organic light‐emitting diodes (TEOLEDs) employing mask‐free plasma etched stochastic polymer surface has been suggested. The increase in light out‐coupling from the TEOLEDs results in efficiency enhancement up to 1.55‐fold relative to that of the conventional devices.
