We demonstrated light extraction in flexible OLEDs(FOLEDs) by using nano‐sized random pattern(nRP). Simply fabricated nRP on flexible substrate reduced optical loss through scattering effect. Compared to conventional device, FOLEDs with nRP showed improved power(+36.36%), current(+25.64%) efficiency at luminance of 4000cd/cm2, and improved external quantum efficiency(+22.26%) at current density of 100mA/cm2.
