We have introduced Copper(.) Thiocyanate (CuSCN) which is a wide bandgap, p‐type semiconductor material, effectively operating as a hole injection layer in organic light‐emitting diodes (OLEDs) with solution process. The electrical and optical characteristics of CuSCN as a hole injection layer in OLED has been investigated.
