A hybrid buffer layer with superior plasma protection ability and high injection efficiency was developed. The hybrid buffer layer composed by dual‐layered structure of HATCN/MoO3 enhances hole‐injection efficiency and protects organic layers under the top electrode. This hybrid buffer layers improve the electric characteristics of inverted top‐emitting organic light‐emitting diodes.
