Based on Fourier transfer analysis of 3D display, we will deduce theoretical conditions to realize 3D display without moiré. A novel high resolution 3D display is therefore developed using newly proposed pixel rendering. Measurement results of the 3D display are discussed regarding its moiré‐free performance.
