An auto stereoscopic display with 2D/3D switching capability was developed by using Electrode driven Liquid Crystal (ELC) lens. We applied tilt ITO electrodes, resin layer that decreases transverse electric field, and used Axostep testing equipment to fine‐tune the retardation. Finally we fabricated an auto‐stereoscopic prototype with low crosstalk, insignificant moiré and high brightness that is suitable for mass production.
