Kristen Schuth serves in a unique combination of roles at Genesee Community College, where she's the Director of Athletics and the Assistant Vice President of Student Engagement and Inclusion. She had been serving as AD since 2013, but then two years ago she began straddling two worlds when she was promoted to the Assistant VP position. In this combined role, she's encountered some challenges, but she's also seen the campus community benefit in some unexpected ways.
