Tonya Womack, Director of Campus Safety and Security at Eckerd College, stepped on campus as a student and hasn't left. Since her graduation from the college in 2005, she's been employed by the campus, starting first with a stint in student life and finding her way to campus safety, where she's risen to the institution's top safety position. Womack said that one thing she loves about working at a smaller institution like Eckerd is the ability to dabble in different areas, and expand a variety of skill sets by working with different departments.
