ARLINGTON, Va. — Religion is an often‐overlooked yet essential component of holistic student development, according to Steven Mosley, Program Manager at Northern Virginia Community College and an ordained reverend; and Aaron Sparkman, M.A.T., Director of Residential Community Standards at Liberty University. They spoke at the annual conference for the Association for Student Conduct Administration. They shared their practical tips on how to appropriately incorporate religious ideas in such areas as student conduct processes, student meetings, and peer interactions.
