When Tania Tetlow, J.D., became the 17th president of Loyola University New Orleans, she hit two historical firsts: the first layperson and first woman to lead the century‐old institution. Tetlow is also the fourth and youngest woman to become president of one of the 28 institutions in the Association of Jesuit Colleges and Universities.
