Cedric B. Howard, Ed.D., considers facilitating change both his greatest challenge and the most rewarding aspect of his 23‐year higher ed career. That perspective has helped to pave the way to success for Howard, who as vice president for enrollment and student services at SUNY Fredonia was recently named one of NASPA's Pillars of the Profession.
