Take time to reflect upon your career

I recently celebrated my 35th anniversary working in higher education. Around this time each year, I take time to reflect upon my career. I suggest that you set an annual time to do the same. It might be around the new year, or on your work anniversary, or on your career anniversary, or any time that makes sense for you. It's important to do so if what you want is a meaningful, well‐planned‐out career and not just a string of jobs.
