A systematic pathway of fragmentation for several protonated cyclohexadepsipeptides is demonstrated by positive‐ion fast‐atom bombardment linked‐scan mass spectrometry. It involves classical sequential acylium and immonium ions, but also, unusual fragment ions characteristic of this family of compounds.
