Electron‐ionzation mass spectra of aminomethyltetrathiafulvalenes were studied by exact mass measurements and metastable‐ion analysis. Cleavages of the C‐N bond and the exocyclic C‐C bond with or without hydrogen rearrangement are the most characteristic fragmentations for these compounds. Ions at m/z 204 and 134 were characterized as tetrathiafulvalene and l,3‐dithiol‐2‐thione molecular ions by collisional activation.
